ISD 279 - Osseo Area Schools - Special Education

Special education includes a wide array of programs and services designed to meet the needs of learners with disabilities. Special education and support services are available to learners, ages birth to 21, who have not graduated and who have been identified as needing specialized instructional services.

Osseo Area Source of Information and Support  (OASIS)

OASIS is an information and support group for parents of children with ADHD, ADD, LD, EBD, ODD, OCD, Autism, Depression, and other learning and behavior differences. The group is open to all parents, caregivers, and staff.

Educators, students and families, you are welcome to join this FREE training on mental health issues in school and the community. Remember, this is an opportunity for educators to gain access to FREE CEU’s! These trainings are provided in conjunction with District 279 and Prairie Care. May’s topic, “Technology and our Youth”, will be presented by Gary Johnson, PhD, LP, LMFT, who is currently the Clinical Director at CALM Clinic for Attention Learning and Memory.
